Renew Nashville- Planning & Evaluating Business Performance w/ Brittany Lorenzi

When an entrepreneur wants to grow a business but is not sure how to take the next steps, being prepared is critical. This one-hour interactive workshop will explain how to use various tools – such as a strategic “mini-plan” operational scorecard, 1/3/5 year outlook, budget, and forecast – to plan and evaluate business performance. There will also be an overview of how business performance should be aligned to an overarching strategic plan that is intentional, future-oriented, and based on data. This topic would be beneficial to any entrepreneur or small business owner who would like to understand the story behind the financials of business performance.

Renew Nashville is a citywide initiative addressing the significant challenges facing entrepreneurs and small businesses negatively impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
