CIGLive was a cutting-edge customer engagement platform for auto insurance sales built around new video technology from Adobe.
Conceived as a pilot program for Capital Insurance Group, CIGLive pioneered an innovative new way for California and Nevada residents to shop for auto insurance online. With just a few mouse clicks, customers could generate a preliminary auto insurance quote. They could also use text, audio or video chat to converse with certified CIG insurance advisors to answer questions, customize their insurance plan, bind their coverage and receive proof of insurance, all via the CIGLive website.
Another company was initially contracted to design the CIGLIve app, but after several false starts, CIG asked Shafer Walters Group to take over design, and development. SWG turned to MojoMediaPros for help. Mojo led the UX/UI design and managed development.
Technically and functionally the pilot was a success, proving we could drive quality leads at a fixed cost. Agents who adopted this new way of engaging customers experienced close rates superior to agents not using CIGLive; even historically top-ranked sales leaders.
